An In-Depth Interview (IDI) is a powerful qualitative research method that consists of a one-on-one conversation between a trained interviewer and a carefully selected respondent. These interviews typically last 30 to 90 minutes and are designed to uncover rich, nuanced perspectives that often go unnoticed in quantitative research.

IDIs can be conducted online (via chat or video), by phone, or face-to-face, offering ultimate flexibility based on respondent availability and project scope.
