Over a period of 2–3 weeks, these individuals engage in structured discussions and activities within a secure, dedicated online platform.

Led by a skilled professional moderator, the goal is to spark open dialogue, collect thoughtful insights, and explore the deeper "why" behind consumer behavior—all accessible across PCs, smartphones, or tablets.
