By registering on our panel, completing surveys, or accessing www.paneljunction.com, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

To join the Panel Junction panel or participate in any research activities:

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

• You must reside in the country for which you are registering.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and participation.

• Employees of MedPanel Junction Technology LLP and its direct affiliates may not be eligible for panel incentives.

2. Registration and Panel Membership

• Upon successful registration, you become a panel member and may receive invitations to surveys or research activities.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must keep your profile updated to ensure you are matched with relevant studies.

• Panel membership is voluntary, and you may unsubscribe at any time by contacting support@paneljunction.com.

3. Participation in Research

• Participation in surveys, interviews, focus groups, or other research activities is voluntary and non-binding.

• You agree to provide honest, thoughtful responses and not to falsify or misrepresent information.

• Panel Junction reserves the right to reject or remove panelists who exhibit fraudulent behavior (e.g., speeding, straightlining, duplicate responses).

4. Incentives and Rewards

• Participation in surveys may entitle you to rewards, such as cash payments, gift vouchers, or loyalty points.

• Reward amounts vary by study and will be clearly communicated in the invitation.

• Incentives are processed upon successful and validated completion of the survey, in accordance with our fraud detection system.

• Panelists are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations related to rewards received.

5. Use of the Website

By using www.paneljunction.com, you agree:

• Not to misuse the website or its content

• Not to attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas or data

• Not to use automated tools to interact with the site (e.g., bots, scripts)

• To use the website in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on www.paneljunction.com, including logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of MedPanel Junction Technology LLP and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not share, screenshot, or disclose any information related to the research activities you participate in.

Violation of this confidentiality clause may result in immediate removal from the panel and legal action if required.

9. Limitation of Liability

Panel Junction and MedPanel Junction Technology LLP shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, income, or profits

• Technical errors or interruptions to service

• Delays in incentive delivery beyond our control

• Any damages resulting from participation in surveys or use of third-party reward providers

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide advance notice via email or on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

• India, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Delhi, India, for users and operations managed within India.

• United Kingdom, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Romford, Essex RM1 3DL, United Kingdom, for users or entities based in the UK or related to UK operations.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the respective territory based on your place of residence or service contract origin.
